Shipping


All international deliveries will be made via EMS shipping, in order to ensure safety and security en route to the customer’s requested address.

Product orders will be processed once payment has been completed, and will take between 3-5 business days on average.

Please note: Due to the aircraft carrier, customs clearance and customer absences there may be delays in shipping.




Returns and Exchanges


Returns of purchases must be requested within 15 days after shipping has been completed.

In the case that a request to return a purchase is made due to personal reasons, the costs incurred at the time of import will be accounted for by the customer.

As return costs will vary depending on the particular item, the customer may check the exact fees after completing purchases.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

In the case that a customer receives a faulty or damaged item, or incorrect delivery, Jamie Wander will guarantee a 100% full refund or exchange on the item and no additional fees will be charged.


- Refunds and exchanges do not apply when:

1. Loss or damage of the item is incurred by the customer after receiving the item.

2. Any damage or alteration to the item through the customer’s usage noticeably reduces the value of said item

3. The value of an item is noticeably reduced to the point that it unable to be resold due to the amount of time elapsed (since purchase)

4. If the packaging and item tag, or certificate of authenticity is separated, removed or damaged.

- Please note that circumstances similar or related to the the above may result in the request for a refund to be denied.


Warranty Terms and Standard of Quality Assurance

Details in regards to return, exchange, A/S, refund, quality assurance and damage compensation, etc for a faulty item will be dependent on the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standard.

Regulations issued by the laws in regards to e-commerce customer protection will take precedence over the merchant’s designated warranty terms.
